Yes, Herewith is a free in-home care platform, and the Helper mobile app is free too! There are no hidden costs to job searching or working with Herewith clients.
Do I have to download the Helper app to become a Helper?
You don’t need to download the Helper app to start your caregiver job search, but once you start working with clients, you’ll need to download the mobile app for clocking in and out, tracking your hours, and messaging clients on the go.
Does Herewith keep my information private?
Yes, your information is private and secure on Herewith. In fact, on Herewith all communication with your clients goes through the app, so you never have to share personal contact information during the interview process or afterwards.
How do I get paid for caregiver jobs on Herewith?
As an in-home care platform, Herewith connects you with private clients. These clients are your employers—they pay you weekly based on your timecards that you submit through the Helper app.
What caregiving services can Helpers offer?
Helpers can offer a full range of non-medical in-home care services for older adults or adults with support needs. This includes household tasks like light cleaning, laundry, and cooking; help with errands, outings, and transportation to and from appointments; personal caregiving, such as help with ADLS and self care routines; friendly companionship throughout daily activities; or short term respite care or temporary support. To earn more, you can also offer specialized support with home dialysis, dementia or Alzheimer’s, or post-op recovery.
