On Herewith, booking high quality senior care services starts with messaging senior care Helpers who apply to your Help Request.
Our chat feature ensures you have an opportunity for secure communication with Helpers before you meet in person, so that you can make sure you’ve found a great match.
You can chat directly with Helpers to interview, speed up the booking process, and easily communicate about tasks, scheduling, and care needs. Messaging on the Herewith platform keeps your contact info private, without the need for endless phone calls, texting, or emailing.
Start your search for affordable in-home care by posting a Help Request, customized with the services you need, your schedule and pay rate. As Helpers in your area apply, review applicant profiles and message Helpers to see who will be a good fit for your needs.
As you start your search for in-home caregiving help, you can also browse Helper profiles and reach out directly to Helpers whose profiles you like. To ensure that a Helper is available for booking, the first step is to send a quick message introducing yourself and letting them know what type of support you’re looking for, whether it’s a one-time task or ongoing help.
How to view Helper profiles and send a message:
Once a Helper receives your message, they can view your Help Request and respond. They cannot message you directly unless you message them first, so you don’t have to worry about being spammed by unsolicited messages.
Chatting is a key part of the booking process on the Herewith platform. All chats can be found in the Chats tab. This is located in the left side panel if you’re logged in on your computer, or along the bottom of your screen, if you’re using the Herewith mobile app.
You’ll see chats with your currently booked or hired Helpers, applicants, new Helpers you’ve messaged, and past Helpers all located under All Chats. The red dot is a notification that indicates unread messages.
