Here’s how to download the Helper mobile app for easy job-searching on the go

If you’re actively looking for work as an in-home caregiver for seniors, the Helper app is especially convenient for fast job-searching and instant messages from families who want to hire you.
The Herewith mobile app is free and can be downloaded to your smartphone—either iPhone or Android—and includes all of the same convenient features you’ll find on our online portal.
When you’re working with your Herewith senior care clients, you’ll need to use your Helper app to clock in and out for your tasks and shifts so you can get paid for the time you work. The Herewith Helper mobile app also makes it easier to job search and manage your bookings and shifts wherever you are in your busy day.

The Herewith Helper mobile app has all the same features and capabilities as you’ll find when you log in to your Helper account on your computer. From browsing jobs, to chatting with clients, managing your schedule, clocking in, and getting paid, you have everything you need in one easy place.
Along the bottom of your screen, the first tab is Browse. Tap here to search for jobs and tasks near you.
Note: Families will only be able to see your application after your background check has cleared
At the top of your screen, you’ll find a Filters tab.
The second tab you’ll see along the bottom of your screen is Applications. This is where you can track jobs and tasks you’ve applied to. To view all your past applications, scroll down and tap Show History. Learn more about applying to senior care jobs on Herewith.
The third tab is Bookings. This is where you can find all your booked tasks and jobs. Once you accept an offer for a task or job, it will appear here. You can tap each card to see the details, including where, when, and what kind of work you’ll be doing.
Ongoing jobs:
Full or part-time care jobs that you’ve accepted will appear at the top of the list. The card will update to show how many hours you’ve worked that week. If you have more than one care job, swipe side to side to view all your jobs.
Upcoming Tasks:
Next, you’ll see any upcoming tasks that you have confirmed. Each task card has all the details you need. Simply tap the card to see the full task. You’ll also see a countdown for each task letting you know when it will take place.
Past Bookings:
Next, you’ll see the button > Past Bookings. This is where you’ll find a record of all the tasks and jobs you’ve done in the past.
Lastly, you can visit the Chats tab to check your messages from families who are interested in hiring you and from your current clients. You’ll see a red notification circle when you have new unread messages.
